When you make a payment via our website, you will be redirected to the payment provider Mollie. If you choose to pay via iDEAL, you will be redirected to the online banking page of your own bank.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the secure payment service for credit cards, catered by Mollie.
TRANSFER BY BANK ACCOUNT
If you choose the option to pay by bank transfer you will receive an email with a payment request after you have placed the order. Immediately after the amount has been received on the bank account of Makii your order will take in treatment.
Taxes and surcharges
All prices quoted on the website are including VAT and excluding eventual shipping costs.
The delivery time will be quoted per product. Most orders will be send by PostNL. PostNL strives to deliver their shipments within one working day. If quoted that the expected delivery time would be three to four days would mean three to four working days.
If you order multiple products with different lead times, your order will be delivered as soon as your order is complete. Partial deliveries are possible, please contact phone +31 6 47 51 44 84 or send an email to email@example.com.
Do you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery date? Please contact us! Any additional charges for shipping will be passed to your account.
PICK IT UP YOURSELF
You are welcome to pick up your order at our studio in Rotterdam. Obviously, we will not charge any extra costs. Just call ahead to meet up or send an email.
For orders up to € 50,- we're calculating shipping costs. These costs are put clearly in the ordering process.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
For orders over € 50,-: free delivery within the Netherlands.
SHIPPING TO BELGIUM OR GERMANY
For orders over € 100,-: free delivery within Belgium or Germany.
SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
For orders over € 250,-: free delivery within a European country.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE
For orders over € 500,-: free delivery worldwide.
Change and returns
Please let us know if you want to change your order after you paid, send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, we'll change the order as you wished.
Obviously, we hope you're happy with your purchase. If this is not the case -due to any circumstance-, please let us know: email@example.com. U can return the shipping (preferably in its original packaging) within 14 days after you've received it. We'll refund the money within 5 working days after receiving the package- minus the shipping costs (if appliccable).
Wrong or damaged products
We're working hard to make sure your order reaches you in a perfect state. Please check if your purchase corresponds to your order and received your house in a good way. Wrong or damaged product- claims need to be expressed to us within two days via firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll get back to you with a appropriate solution.
